Well, she sounds fair sensible. Daine blinks, thrown by how easily the woman takes it all in stride. But maybe she shouldn't be - they're both in Darrow, after all. The city's thrown worse things at folk than a young dragon, even a misbehaving one.
"She's still a baby," Daine confirms, hiking the dragon up onto her hip and frowning when Kitten squirms to be put down. "And... well, she didn't get bored so much back home. Not like here. But she still knows better than to go letting herself into locked rooms." Kitten makes a universally rude noise in response to that, and Daine flushes.
