Daine snorts inelegantly in response to Biffy's careful, polite tone. If Darrow's got some sort of god controlling things, she supposes it's fair to speak of it with some care, lest you cross it. But given the sorts of things Darrow does with no prompting at all, she's not sure it's worth the effort to tread lightly. It'd probably muck with folk regardless.

Besides, you'd think a proper god wouldn't bring al these folk here and stay so quiet about what it wanted them to do.
